"Get your butt up and work son. If you want to get faster, stronger, and better, you will work your butt off. Dont be out here if you didnt come out here to get better. Do you understand me son? Do I make myself loud and clear." says my personal trainer. I am writing this essay to show you what type of culture that I am from.

My main culture that I am from is a competitive culture. Everything that I do, I must put in a lot of work and give it my all. When it comes to football, I have to be very competitive. When I play football, I always have a cocky mind set. But I always back up my cocky mind set. My grandfather always tell me to be cocky when it comes to football, because him and my dad played it and where very good at it. That is why i have a cocky mind set. I always work hard and train to get better at what I do. When I get in the weight room, I work hard. When I workout, I think of myself as a young image of how my dad use to workout.

When I get competitive, I always think of myself as the best at what I do. THat iss how I was raised. That is also how I think you will get a spot on the field. That is why when people talk about football, I usually get very competitive and upset when people dont know what they are talking about.

Another one of my cultures is that I am a christian. That is how I was raised. I go to church every sunday and sometimes on wednesday. I had to be involved in something after church was out. Even if I was sick, my mom dragged me to church. There was no missing church, unless you just had som where else to go. My House was empty on sunday.

Now I showed you the cultures that I am from. I am from many type of cultures, but i showed you the main two cultures that I am from. What cultures are you from? How where you raised? Are you from a different religion? Do you have to go to certain events on certain days? That is how you know what culture that you are from, or an idea to know what culture you are from. Those where just a couple of questions, there are many more questions to what makes up your culture.
